He is known for dissecting complex legal issues, crafting persuasive arguments, and delivering justice for clients—whether they are victims of serious injuries or individuals facing life-altering criminal charges. He approaches every case with a rare combination of aggressive litigation skills and personalized care. He is deeply committed to protecting his clients’ rights, reputations, and futures—inside and outside the courtroom.
Art’s legal career began at the prestigious Law Offices of Geragos & Geragos, where he gained firsthand experience working on high-profile cases, including: Scott Peterson murder trial, Michael Jackson defense, Nathaniel “Nate Dogg” Hale criminal proceedings, Winona Ryder shoplifting case, NY Life/AXA life insurance litigation, among others. Under the mentorship of nationally recognized trial attorneys, he was immersed in all facets of high-stakes legal practice from the very beginning of his career. This experience gave Art unique insight into how prosecutors build cases—insight he now uses to strategically defend his clients.
He went on to sharpen his skills at the Law Offices of Theodore F. Monroe, focusing on business transactions and litigation. Art further expanded his trial experience at the Law Offices of Richard M. Foster, one of California’s preeminent litigation firms. There, he represented clients in complex business litigation, high-value personal injury claims, and criminal defense. During his time with the firm, he helped secure multiple multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements. He successfully tried numerous cases in Los Angeles Superior Court—including a months-long complex civil trial—and has argued successfully before the California Court of Appeal.
Art proudly serves on the Board of Directors for the Center for Truth and Justice (CFTJ), a nonprofit focused on exposing and addressing human rights violations through legal documentation and accountability. His involvement underscores a lifelong commitment to dignity, justice, and the rule of law on both a local and global scale.
